[Wildman] Wildman Shipping Changes

Due to the outrageous increases in shipping costs, I need to update 
Wildman's shipping policies effective immediately.  I have added the 
following shipping options to limit the effect of this increase.

1)  Standard Shipping -- $8.00 or $4.00 for Wildman Members
        Shipped by Parcel Post
        Delivery in 1 - 4 weeks
        No Tracking Available
        $20.00 Haz Mat Fee Applies to Larger Motors

2)  Priority Mail Upgrade -- Add $6.00
        Delivery in 2 - 4 days
        No Tracking Available
        No Motors can be Shipped (not even Estes)

3)  Fed Ex Ground Upgrade -- Add $7.00
        Tracking Numbers Available
        Motor Will Ship but All Motors Require $20.00 Haz Mat Fee

4)  Overseas orders will remain the same

Most orders have been OK but a lot of the parcel post  is taking forever
