[RocketsNW] Need an LEUP Buddy for FITS

Keep in mind in about 30 days we'll hopefully have the final ruling finalized and you wont need a leup for FITS.  

Yes, optimistic/wishful thinking, but something to keep in mind while you get your leup buddle lined up as a contingency.
