[ARTS] changing sampling rate on ARTS2

I have an ARTS2 that I changed to 200 samples per second when I set it
up after I got it.  When I go to Altimeter, Configuration and look at
the settings, it is set for 200 samples for second.  The data are always
delivered at 100 samples per second.  Any ideas?
