[ARTS] Data Analyzer on Vista 64

Hi guys,

 

I know this was a discussion in the past but can't recall the solution.  I
have Vista 64 and DA 1.61.  The setup I have won't install on 64 bit, so I
downloaded the 64-bit version but there is no setup in the zip file, just a
bunch of files which appears to be used as if it is already installed.  I
tried running the .exe and get an error about one of the dll's is not found.
My guess I need to register the dll in the registry but before I played
those games I wanted to see if there was a 64-bit setup.exe around.
