Does anybody know whether the Data Analysis package supplied with the
ARTS2 will download data from the ARTS1?

Alan,

 

It will, unless you have a REALLY old one. (firmware versions pre 1.50)  But
unless you load in firmware v1.61, then a few other things will not work.  

 

If you prefer, I can send you a copy of DataAnalyzer that came with the ARTS
1.
