[ARTS] Can't get ARTS2 to Communicate with DataAnalyzer

I've only gotten the message rarely on my XP SP2 laptop with a real serial port. The steps I do is a have every thing pluged in and ready to go. I select the dataanalysier menu that has diags as a sub menu choice.

I turn the ARTS board on and when it does its first beep I select diags then press the chip button. I get a nice green button and a xylophone noise telling me everything is ok.

See if this helps on your laptop with the real serial port. USB adapters and vista cause some others issues.
