[ARTS] Not able to install Data Analyzer onto laptop running a 64 bit version of Windows Vista Ultimate

Has anyone had any luck getting Data Analyzer to install into this 64 bit 
version of Windows Vista. I've tried to run setup as Windows XP service pack 
2 in compatibility mode and also tried to "Run as Administrator" but still 
no joy.

This is the error message I receive.

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows 
you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you 
need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then 
contact the software publisher.

Any suggestions for a work around would be appreciated.
